[Protocols] - No Meeting on December 3rd

Hi All,

Unfortunately, we will not be meeting this Friday.

I have a family matter (funeral) to attend to, and additionally, this
Friday is the "Day Long WCAG 2.2 Push" call, so in lieu of our Protocols
meeting, maybe swing by there and lend a hand?

We will resume meeting on December 10th, and likely December 17th as well
(TBD), before closing for the holiday break. It is anticipated (again, TBD)
that we will resume in the new year on January 7th.
