New email list - WCAG 2.x issues

Hi Folks,

There is a new public email list setup for the people involved (or interested in) tackling the issue backlog of WCAG 2.x.

The email address is public-wcag2-issues@w3.org<mailto:public-wcag2-issues@w3.org>, the archive and subscribe options are here:
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-wcag2-issues/

I've already added those people who had attended the meetings (I think, you should have this first email if you are already subscribed: https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-wcag2-issues/2021Sep/0000.html)

In a couple of weeks I'll move the agenda emails over there, but I'd like to encourage people to join first.
