I'm fairly sure it does not change the meaning, therefore it is an editorial change we can make without disrupting the CF, if others agree it improves the readability. Kind regards, -Alastair From: Nicaise Dogbo (CELA) -1 I think a 'comma' may be needed after "... components are available..." see proposed below between asterisks- "Where receiving pointer hover or keyboard focus triggers user interface components to be visible, information needed to identify that user interface components are available*,* is visible, except when:..." if majority feels otherwise, I will go along but it was not easy for me to understand the "...components are available is visible..." without a comma.
