I have put together an example page to help define what inline targets would pass and what would fail Target Size (Minimum). http://3needs.org/en/testing/code/pointer-target.html Arguably lists of links are not inline links, but links within listed items that contain unlinked content as well would fall under the inline links exception. But this is what we need to determine, so this is just food for thought.
