Hello, At this past week's AG meeting, we discussed Hidden Controls. We identified changes that will be needed to the understanding document if we move forward with the SC but the broader question of whether the SC should go forward remains. The question raised on Tuesday that seems like the best way forward is to consider whether the revised text correctly identifies controls that would cause a user to fail at a task as errors and excludes other controls correctly. We have some examples listed at the bottom of the hidden controls google doc <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DPtCqWHjrhj3QZ4afsqzmWDd-zMSf39RsMqSpR2QGCg/edit#>. Please take a look at these examples and any others you come across and consider whether the correct items fail and pass. We welcome your thoughts via email, in this week's hidden control survey, and at the meeting next week.
