WCAG 2.x backlog meeting

Hi everyone,

Based on the survey results, it looks like the best time is Fridays at 11-12 Boston time (4pm London, 5pm EU, 8am San Diego).

We will start on the 9th of July, with an initial agenda (set of issues) on the Wednesday before.

After the first meeting I suspect it will be a rolling set of issues triage and updates.
