It is worth understanding the relationship between the normative and informative docs, as the vast majority of open issues are on the informative docs for 2.0 success criteria (with 172 issues) and 2.1 (117). Resolving those issues would involve updates that apply to the WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 versions of the understanding and techniques documents, regardless of when 2.2 is published. I.e. the only dependency on us agreeing those PRs is taking the time to review and agree them. Very few are connected to the publication of WCAG 2.2. Kind regards, -Alastair
