RE: CFC - Moving Silver Requirements to note

+1 to this CfC with the corrected draft document URL.

I believe we really do want this more recent version to move to the W3C Note track, and not the originally referenced version from two years ago! There have indeed been enhancements to the text since 2018, and I believe this thread shows that we can expect further refinements before this document reaches a final W3C Note status—probably about the time WCAG 3.0 moves from CR to PR, which is when the Director asks about the requirements a proposed specification fulfills.
