RE: AGENDA and Surveys - AGWG Meeting Sept 29th 2020

In looking at the WBS concerning moving the Silver Requirements draft document to the AGWG Note track, the referenced document:

https://w3c.github.io/silver/requirements/


appears to be two years old according to the Change Log, but it’s dated today. This seems wrong on its face, especially as last Friday’s Silver teleconference agreed to noting additional input from “Challenges with Conformance,” also on AGWG Note track.

I’d like to support moving Silver Requirements toward becoming a W3C Note. To my mind we don’t follow through like that enough on key work output. However, I’d like to understand the above noted discrepancies better before casting a vote, and I do believe it would be best to have those explanations formally logged with the WBS survey instrument.

I hope I’m making sense. Happy to try again if I’m not.
