Hi Jonathan, Yes, apologies, that was too-wide a statement. What we had discussed was that that sticky headers/footers which temporarily hide the focus wouldn't be a 2.4.7 failure. A couple of people mentioned that if you have hidden focusable elements they generally fail that under focus-order rather than focus-visible, but that's a minor side-point. Cheers, -Alastair From: Jonathan Avila * Remembering that 2.4.7 does not cover the scenario of sticky headers/footers (i.e. obscured focus indicators do not cause a failure), we have a couple of possible outcomes from this: It was my understanding that they would not fail 2.4.7 if they could be brought into view. If they could not be brought into view then they would fail in my opinion. Is this the shared understanding? If something is hidden and you can't do anything about it then it becomes a blocker for a keyboard user and I don't see how we could accept this. Jonathan
