Hi everyone, As a reminder and first stab at timings, we are intending to hold a virtual face to face meeting a few weeks after CSUN (rather than crowd CSUN). The days we had pencilled in are 24th & 25th March. The agenda is to be confirmed, but likely to be issue-driven updates to the WCAG 2.2 draft. The timings is the hardest part, trying to get reasonable international coverage. As a first attempt how about: * Tuesday 24th: 9am London / 6pm Tokyo / 1am SanFran / 4am Boston. Until 3pm London / Midnight Tokyo / 7am SanFran / 10am Boston. * Wednesday 25th: 5pm London / 2am Tokyo / 9am SanFran / Midday Boston. Until 11pm London / 8am Tokyo / 3pm SanFran / 6pm Boston. The rationale being that: Whilst there is no way of getting two times that suit any one location on both days, this seems to be the least bad, and allows some working time between the sessions. If anyone can think of a good alternative approach please do email me, otherwise I'll pop this in a survey to check numbers. Kind regards, -Alastair -- www.nomensa.com<http://www.nomensa.com/> / @alastc
