RE: AGENDA - AGWG Meeting January 7th 2020

As you know from a couple of weeks ago, the Working Group is planning a virtual face-face, most likely March 24th and 25th (second bullet in email below).

For anyone who finds Washington DC physically convenient, I am offering a meeting room for members who would like to convene in person.

Please let me know ASAP if you might be interested!  I need to figure out which room to reserve, and I probably won’t be able to hold our large conference space for more than a couple weeks, unless I can be confident about filling up the room up a fair bit.  Our second largest meeting room is nice too, but it only hold about ten people.
