All, I erred in my email by posting the old work statement instead of linking to the survey which includes the link to the new work statement.

In the email the link to the minutes does link to the new work statement, but here is the direct link to the survey: https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35422/ACTTF_New_WorkStatement/results

The Working Group has discussed an update to the Accessibility Conformance Testing Task Force work statement and agreed with the proposed new work statement.
