Hi All

Peter Korn and I spoke for an hour and a half yesterday regarding the
challenges document. As a result of that conversation I've made edits and
rewrites to the first section of the document that would address many of my
concerns with the document. I still have concerns that the document could
be used against the WCAG in court cases, but these edits soften the tone of
the original draft and address other concerns, while maintaining the
original thesis that there are challenges to meeting the WCAG for large
dynamic sites.

I've put my rewrite here of the first section here.
