Seeking sponsor for CSUN Face to Face meeting logistics

As you know, we are planning a face to face meeting at CSUN, in the 
hotel where the conference will be held:

CSUN is donating the meeting room but it is up to us to cover other 
costs for the meeting. We need to find an organization that is willing 
to sponsor costs. Rough estimates we have right now:

  * Around $500 for basic room setup and power supplies.
  * Around $1000 if we decide to cater breaks.
  * Around $1500 if we decide to cater lunches.

We might decide to skip some of the food options, but meetings go more 
smoothly when people don't have to scatter to find coffee and lunch.

If your organization is able and willing to sponsor these costs, please 
let me know.
