  *   what Katie said (wanting to put more effort on silver than proposed), or
  *   to the CFC which defined a level of effort on Silver which you disagree with?

This seems far too premature to have so much focus shift to Silver when we still lack consensus on the Requirements of what the first incarnation of Silver should accomplish, let alone a project plan for how to handle that kind of an influx of additional folks.
