Status of Techniques for the The Cognitive and Learning Disabilities Accessibility Task Force (COGA)

Hi all,

I'm putting together some resources relating to WCAG 2.1 and have a 
question about the status
of the current techniques listed in this editors draft. [1]

Is this document and related techniques going for further working group 
review? When is it
expected to be completed?

Many of the links to the suggested techniques seem to be broken but if 
the techniques exist
have they had working group review and are they usable (suitable for 
wider distribution).

There is useful stuff in there and I'd like to be able to point to it as 
a reference but there are these
awful wiggly red lines under e'thing..

Anyway details on timelines etc appreciated.
