Re: Renaming the Guideline it falls under. (was Re: CFC - Decision to keep 1.3.4 where it is)

I am not so sure we couldn't rename some of the Guidelines, as they are not
requirements, and therefore do not effect conformance. I would want to
remove any of the primary Principles. But I think adding another principle
or a Guideline or two, if logical to do, is not a bad idea.

Making WCAG 2.1 as understandable as possible to the common man/woman
should be one of our goals.
