Heading update on QuiickRef

Hi everyone,



Brent and the EO team worked on an issue to do with the "How to meet" quick ref page:

> "We all frequently talk about the "Quick Reference" or "QuickRef" but those words have not been in the actual title and heading 1. We cannot change the base title of "How to Meet WCAG 2". We propose adding (Quick Reference) to the title and heading 1."
