objections RE: CFC - Resolving issues 733, 744, 745, 746, 747

-1 objection to comments 744 and 746,747 I do not think these responses are accurate. 

and objection to this CFC as it is too hard to know what things refer to to everyone to vote. I have requested multiple times that at least CFC that are about COGA should have understandable text in them
