Re: Could we add "Persona Quotes" as a standard part of the Understanding Documents for WCAG 2.1?

we already use personas in trainings to emphasize on and to illustrate special needs, so yes, it is a good idea, that allows even reuse of those in different contexts.

I think persona quotes could help in a number of ways:

  *   Make it easier for you to understand the new SC.
  *   Help you see the reason the new SC exists.
  *   Create desire to prevent barriers that hurt real people.
