RE: CFC - Response to issue 697 (The Paciello Group comment on 2.2.9 Animation from Interactions)

+1, with a slight concern about whether “can be disabled” should be treated as equivalent to “a mechanism is available to disable” (i.e., the mechanism may be supplied in the content or in the user agent, for example). Using the conventional WCAG “mechanism” phrase in the text of the SC would have made this clearer.
