RE: pointer Gestures

Because the definition of single pointer changed from only excluding multipoint to only including a single screen location, effectively eliminating that criterion’s ability to include drag and drop, gestures, etc.  See issue #380 and my reply in #700.

The change to the definition of “single pointer” breaks the Pointer Cancellation SC, so I cannot live with it.  That criterion needs to be clear to include anything you can do with a mouse or a single finger, not just at one location.
