+1, but with the caveat that this still doesn't mention that the SC is limited to motion/size change animations - see https://github.com/w3c/wcag21/pull/727#issuecomment-357822583 Or rather, it's scoped only to motion/size change by limiting the definition of animation to only conver those types of animation.
