Re: Issue 650 Does the Hover or focus SC apply to tabbed interfaces?

Yeah, I just don't think SC applies to TAB interfaces at all.

Also I'd be happier if we were clear that it didn't considering the 
model is pretty broken IMO (in terms of a creating a simple quality user 
experience for blind users).
