RE: CFC - Issue 619 response

I can support the CfC if, as I understand from the meeting, there’s still an open issue requiring clarification of the text of this SC to allow applications to provide functionality based on detection of motion (e.g., where the user and the device are in a moving vehicle) via a series of positional measurements.
