0 – I can live with this at level AAA. I could not live with the current text at level A or Level AA. It is very disappointing that the working group was unable to analyze the accessibility problem and to define carefully a solution that addressed the substantive concerns which were raised, particularly in view of the necessity of an accessible authentication process to the use of many Web-based applications and resources, and the corresponding need to attain high levels of security, having regard to populations who may be especially vulnerable to exploitation of their personal information.
