And similarly, you can have CAPTCHAs in situations that are not 
"authentication" scenarios, such as being challenged with a CAPTCHA 
before being able to proceed to a download. Here the CAPTCHA is not 
trying to *authenticate* the user (determine *who* the user is, their 
identity) but only trying to establish that it's a human and not a bot. 
These scenarios would not be covered by this SC, but still be problematic.
