Assuming that I'm reading this correctly, and that, in essence, reliance on a password manager (and not preventing it from auto-filling the necessary fields) is an acceptable exception/way to pass, then +1 Incidentally, the understanding document seems to still slightly mix up the concepts of authentication (who a user is, specifically) with that of a captcha (discerning whether or not the person filling in the form is a human or a bot). These are separate concerns, and the latter needs to be tackled separately (as captchas are not just a problem in authentication scenarios, and can't be tackled using password managers or similar either).
