Change of Content

Last night Michael G., Steve and I worked until after midnight EST through
the Change of Content SC. We came to language that we had strong consensus
on. It limits the scope to only requiring that status messages already
visually present in the UI to be exposed to AT, and it clearly speaks the
intention and outcome. I strongly support its adoption.
