understanding document for the purpose of control

Hi folks
I just put a push request for a new version of the understanding document for the purpose of control
It is more inline with the text in the SC and the draft made my coga. It also has a extra information on how to meet the SC.

I plan to add johns table/ analysis but it is a lot of editing but hope to do it tonight.
