RE: Amended definition of programmatic notification

I think the “using methods that are supported…” clause needs to be placed immediately after “set by the content”, since the methods in question are means of setting (i.e., creating) the notification message.

Referring to assistive technologies twice in the definition seems needlessly redundant.
