I propose we close issue #171:

In short, I reviewed the entire thread and this seems mostly a general reaction to the FPWD rather than useful comments on the feasibility of individual SC.  Given this and the fact that the current editor's draft is much different than the FPWD, we should close this and maintain focus on potential implementability concerns with individual criteria.  I also think the suggestion to move everything to AAA or declare 2.1 not an official version per the original comment is contradictory to our charter.
