John and others, FYI, the WCAG wiki tracking sheet is almost ready for the Understanding content. I expect that it will be set after today, and it does have a “last update” field as you suggest.

I suggest that, on the primary sheet (Summary of ALL SCs), you prominently feature the date of your last update. People will then know immediately that the status info, etc., is timely. Also, on that sheet, there is a minor typo: “MAFT”.
