These are missing from the Working Draft that was published on 8/16, but are part of the editor’s draft (https://rawgit.com/w3c/wcag21/master/guidelines/index.html).

We have not committed to an 8/24 Working Draft. I expect that we will have a new WD next week.

Greetings Chairs,

Can we get a fixed and stable URL for the August 24th Editor's Draft, which will be going out for the second round of Public Feedback?

I note for example that at https://w3c.github.io/wcag21/guidelines/<https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fw3c.github.io%2Fwcag21%2Fguidelines%2F&data=02%7C01%7C%7C709d87e0dbee4682e8e608d4eb3a9021%7Cfa7b1b5a7b34438794aed2c178decee1%7C0%7C0%7C636392084202482876&sdata=K3S73gFCJl%2BH2zvzzQE%2FlqUCr7D2w9CFEmfBMYQ%2BXJY%3D&reserved=0> both SC 1.3.4(Purpose of Controls) & 1.3.5 (Contextual Information) are "missing". Is it just a question of time and merging branches? When do we anticipate that being completed?
