FYI: Meetup presentation on Silver during TPAC week

The Bay Area Accessibility and Inclusive Design meetup
<https://www.meetup.com/a11ybay/> hasn't yet posted a link yet with the
details, but we've scheduled a presentation on Silver to happen on
Thursday, November 9th in San Francisco. This will happen in the midst of
TPAC <https://www.w3.org/2017/11/TPAC/>, gathering in nearby Burlingame,
and we wanted to let everyone in the working group know, in case any of you
would like to join and need to account for that in getting flights and
hotel nights reserved.

Completely separate from TPAC (both geographically and logistically), but I
expect it'll make for a good opportunity to get a sense of how folks in the
industry (at least in the San Francisco Bay Area) regard and ask about
Silver.
