Possible SCs to get consensus on before August cutoff.

I'm looking at the status of SCs right now, and here are the outstanding
ones that have not found consensus

Here are the ones I think have momentum or a chance to get into 2.1

- Minimize user errors (Issue #13)
- Timeouts #14
- Target Size #60
- Pointer gestures #61
- Pointer inputs with additional sensors #66
- Animation from interactions #18
- Undo #38
- Support Personalization (Minimum) #6

We have 4 weeks folks.
