+1 but not sure how the Note in the link provided relates to this SC which is for text spacing.

Editor's note: The Working Group seeks to include overriding text color, background color, and font-family as part of this SC, but is not yet able to identify a way to do so that is sufficiently testable.

The Working Group has reviewed and approved a new Success Criterion for inclusion in the Editor’s Draft: Adapting Text, at level AA, with the goal of obtaining additional input external to the working group.
