Discussion materials for TPAC

Hello chairs and all,
This is Kepeng Li from Alibaba Group, a new member to this group.
I attached one presentation in this email. It provides some accessibility implementation practices for discussion, to see if any
enhancements are needed for the existing specs or new specs.
I hope it can be discussed in TPAC WCAG meeting. Does it fit into any existing agenda items? If not, can the chairs allocate some time to discuss that? Email discussions are also welcome.
