CfC: To publish updated WCAG 2.0 Understanding and Techniques docs

CALL FOR CONSENSUS ends Thurs Sept 1st at 11:30am Boston time.

The Working Group agreed on todays call to approve the publication of 
updated Techniques and Understanding documents:

If you have concerns about this proposed consensus position that have 
not been discussed already and feel that those concerns result in you 
not being able to live with this publication, please let the group know 
before the CfC deadline.
