This is a call for consensus on a proposed Task Force for Accessibility Conformance Testing. The creation of a new task force on this topic was discussed on the WG call, and approved (http://www.w3.org/2016/08/09-wai-wcag-minutes.html#item02). The Work Statement for the new TF is here: https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/task-forces/conformance-testing/work-statement. If you have concerns about this proposed consensus position that have not been discussed already and feel that those concerns result in you “not being able to live with” this position, please let the group know before the CfC deadline.
