Re: Color Contrast and Transparency | WCAG 2.1

FYI, APA currently has an open CfC on a draft comment requesting an
Accessibility Impact section in the CSS spec. The request is, with some
wording tweaks, essentially the same as at:

http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-apa/2016Jul/0040.html

If the above is incorrect, it would be helpful to know that before next
Wednesday 3 August.
