CALL FOR CONSENSUS – ends Thursday June 9 at 1:40pm Boston time.

This is a follow-on to an accepted change in pull request 188. Techniques G18 and G145 also needed to be changed in response to the 188 changes, and Alistair has proposed the changes. The item was surveyed, discussed on the WG call, and approved (http://www.w3.org/2016/06/07-wai-wcag-minutes.html#item0<http://www.w3.org/2016/06/07-wai-wcag-minutes.html#item04>5).
