As we anticipate that the CfC for pull request 188 that was just sent will likely pass, I’m following up with a couple of downstream changes that were suggested on the call.  If we do accept the changes that clarify the points to pixels issue for large text, we will likely also want to add this information into a couple of relevant techniques.

Alastair provided a pull request (https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/189/files?diff=split) that adds in the clarification in a note for techniques G18 and G145.

What do people think?  Does this seem like a good idea?
