WCAGers, On last week’s call we discussed a plan to keep our issues list in GitHub manageable. We don’t want to discard any issues, so we need to keep a record of what issues have been raised and which have been addressed. Fortunately GitHub allows us to do this easily by using the labels feature. The plan is detailed at https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/wiki/Handling_Issues. In general, if an issue is raised and the group determines that it isn’t critical and no-one steps up to help address it, we will mark the item as deferred and close the item. Items can, of course, be reopened if someone has interest in committing time to investigate and/or formulate a plan and response. We will be adding comments to about 20 issues shortly – if you have an interest in a group resolution related to any of these items, please sign comment to that effect and with that comment also plan to commit time to see the issue through to resolution!
