New techniques and failures would be great as well as a Cognitive and
Learning Disabilities User Needs/Requirements W3C Working Group Note
(/TR/ publication)  related to Web accessibility.

Gregg previously suggested a "Design Guidelines for making web content
more accessible to people with cognitive, language, and learning
disabilities" doc.
