Sorry I have been absent from discussion - but have been buried in a mega proposal with lots of partners — and won’t see daylight yet til next month.

but I took a quick pass through the document David posted and left comments and questions if they are helpful
 

I see lots of good techniques but not really any SC.  Take a look.  Interested in your thoughts on my comments.
