[Tutorials] Tables Tutorial changes

Hi WCAG WG,

there have been some changes to the Tables Tutorial since you have 
reviewed them. Those changes mainly revolve around the names of the 
individual tutorial pages, as EOWG felt that the names proposed by WCAG 
were a bit to general. As this was a concern that WCAG also had, I hope 
that the new names are well received.

Also, the table symbols from the Tables Concepts page were added to the 
individual pages to give readers some additional context.

* **Simple Tables** has been renamed to **Tables with one header**

   * Now: <http://www.w3.org/WAI/tutorials/tables/one-header/>

   * Additionally the ambiguous table example was reintroduced to that 
page as it shows an interesting edge-case

   * Minor copyedits.

similar to Example 1 and didn’t add new insights. The page is now much 
more concise.

   * Minor copyedits.
