[Transition Announcement] Cognitive Accessibility User Research FPWD

The Cognitive and Learning Disabilities Accessibility Task Force (COGA 
TF), a joint task force of the Protocols and Formats Working Group 
(PFWG) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Working Group (WCAG 
WG) announce publication of a First Public Working Draft of Cognitive 
Accessibility User Research:
