Is it possible to make the following text more prominenent (and preferably
not centred) - its part of the wcag wiki boiler plate

This Wiki page is edited by participants of the WCAG Working Group. It does
> not necessarily represent consensus and it may have incorrect information
> or information that is not supported by other Working Group participants,
> WAI, or W3C. It may also have some very useful information.

just fixed up some inaccuracies reported via twitter [
https://twitter.com/POWRSURG/status/587408767320465408] on this page:

It would be useful to make it abundantly clear that the wiki does not
contain finished techniques.
